Venue Information
We are always looking for venues, bands and promoters to advertise their events on our website and we are not just limited to nightclubs.
As a venue member of our site you have full access to all your details and can upload and edit your details, photos and events whenever suits you best, when you have uploaded your events tickets go on sale instantly and, for all the ticket sales between Monday - Sunday, we pay to you direct into your bank account with a BACS payment every Wednesday and send you an email statement detailing how much you have been paid.
When a member arrives they will scan their TicketPod over your reader (supplied to you by us when you become a venue member), your admission staff will the see a photo of the member along with their name, age and type of ticket purchased (Normal, VIP or Student, depending on which tickets you are selling for that perticular event). We don't guarantee the age of our members so anyone looking underage should still be checked.
Our system will calculate your door sales too and once your venue is at capacity it will stop selling tickets and will also stop allowing anymore door sales.
At the end of your event you can print off a detailed spreadsheet showing the entry of each person (members and non-members) into your event, the information includes, members' name (if applicable), whether it is a door sale or ticket sale, time admitted, ticket type, date of birth (if applicable), Pod number (if applicable), the name of the event and the price paid.
How much does it cost to become a venue member?
It only costs £250* for the first year and there is a reduced rate for any further years. This payment covers the cost of your reader, user guide and welcome pack, we will also give you a banner advert completely free of charge to use as you wish and even sell to a third party to help with your initial outlay.
The only other cost involved is the sale of tickets on our site which are as follows:
For tickets sold at a face value up to and including £5 we charge you the venue 4% + £0.50p*
For tickets sold at a face value above £5 we charge you the venue 4% + £1.00*
All door sales are calculated free of charge.
