How much does it cost to become a member of MyTicketPod.com?
There is an administration fee of £2.00 to cover postage of the TicketPod to you, once you have paid this there are no further registration or subscription charges.
Are there any age limits?
There is no age limit to apply for your ticketpod and membership, but you must be of the appropriate age for the event you are trying to book.
What happens if I'm refused entry to the event?
When you arrive at your chosen event you must comply with the relevant dress code and any other door policy for that venue to gain entry, also if you have booked a student discount ticket you must produce your student card upon arrival, or entry will be refused. We do not refund any ticket prices due to refusal of entry. myticketpod.com can not be held responsible for refusal of entry for any reason. Please take this matter up with the venue directly.
Can I use my ticketpod as proof of my identity?
No, your ticketpod is not proof of your identity.
Can I book tickets for my friends on my ticketpod?
Your ticketpod will only be accepted as your ticket, but if your friends have ticketpods you can book additional tickets by entering their membership number when prompted during the checkout process, these tickets will then be issued to the relevant ticketpods for entry.
What happens if i lose my ticketpod?
If your ticketpod becomes unuseable for any reason you must cancel your ticketpod immediately. You can then order a replacement ticketpod (for an administration fee of £2.00). Once you have ordered your replacement ticketpod you will have to wait for your new ticketpod to arrive before you can be admitted to any venues. If you cancel your ticketpod and don't order a replacement ticketpod within 3 months, your membership will be cancelled, if after the 3 months you then re-apply for a ticketpod, you will still be required to pay the administration fee of £2.00.
How long does it take for my ticket to appear on my ticketpod?
As soon as your payment has been approved, your ticket is on your ticketpod. This usually only takes just a matter of seconds.
How long does it take for my ticketpod to arrive?
Once you have completed your online application, please allow upto 10 working days for your ticketpod to arrive. In the meantime once your application has been processed, we will send you an email with your log-in details.
Do I have to update the picture on my ticketpod at any time?
Your ticketpod is proof of what you look like so if you change your appearance please contact us by phone or email, so we can update your photograph. You will not be sent a new ticketpod, your original ticketpod will show your new photograph. There is an administration fee of £2.00 for this service.
Can I get a student discount?
Yes, if the venue offers a discount for students you can book a student discount price ticket but you must show your student identification when you arrive at your chosen event or you will be refused entry.
